Like the dial up depth setting, quick and easy to use, good safety features as well, left or right chip exhaust a real winner
Wing nut for fixing the guide bar has to be removed to fit the planer back in its case, small loose bits like this get lost easily, would like to be able to leave it in the machine.

A good DIY planer. Ease of handling and quiet. Shaving bag ideal extra.
the secure power on button not protruding enough to depress when operating trigger.
makes it difficult to initiate operation.
could be something worth considering in design.
