Trusted tools and storage brand STANLEY^® has introduced two versatile 2 in 1 Workbench & Vice models to its extensive range of equipment for the demanding trade professional. Available for the first time in the STANLEY portfolio, these multi-functional benches double up as a heavy-duty vice and a robust and reliable worktable, making them the perfect clamping and work surface solution for the jobsite, garage or workshop.

Engineered for longevity, both STANLEY Workbench & Vice products are manufactured with a sturdy steel frame, and offer a generous maximum load capacity of 250kg. Each model features a strong bamboo worktop with a premium quality finish, providing exceptional durability and working life. Also supplied is a third removable, central bamboo panel, allowing users to convert the product to a spacious workbench with a surface area of 740 x 525mm on the Workbench & Vice with Vertical Clamping (model STST83800-1) and 610 x 370mm on the standard unit (STST83400-1).

Thanks to their dual height design, the STANLEY Workbench & Vices can be adapted for use as a solid bench tool stand or sawhorse, as well as a traditional vice and multi-purpose bench (working height options are 595mm / 775mm and 620mm / 800mm on the STST83400-1 and STST83800-1 respectively).

Adjustable swivel pegs have been added to enable the user to alter the vice jaw retention as required, increasing clamping force accordingly and ensuring materials are held firmly in place. The vice jaw between the bamboo panels can be opened from 0 - 205mm.

On the Workbench & Vice with Vertical Clamping, a convenient one-handed mechanism allows the clamps to be easily adjusted together or independently of each other. Furthermore, the front jaw of this model flips out to permit vertical as well as horizontal clamping, accommodating longer materials such as timber joists or pipework, and retaining them securely.

For extra stability and safety on site, STANLEY has incorporated non-slip rubber feet on both units.
